Friday, November 24, 2017 — Poole based cycling, motorcycling and athlete care and performance specialists Muc-Off have won Brand of the Year at the 2017 Dorset Business Awards.

The business, which started as a spin-off from mountain bike accessories manufacturer X-Lite in 1994, is considered a global leader in cleaning and maintenance products within the cycling industry, with their products being used by some the worlds leading teams and athletes including Team Sky and Sir Bradley Wiggins.

Speaking at the awards, Muc-Off Managing Director, Alex Trimnell said:

"Since our founding in 1994, Muc-Off has been committed to the development and delivery of new products, in the process strengthening our brand to the point where it is almost synonymous with bicycle and motorcycle maintenance.

This is an exciting time for us, our team and product range seems to be continually expanding and our growth in foreign markets is encouraging.

All of this success could not have been achieved without hard work, dedication and a talented group of people who don't just work for the brand, they live the brand."
