  • Muc-Off are looking for a Videographer / Editor! Summer or Part time.

Muc-Off Ltd is the UK's fastest growing manufacturer of Bicycle, Motorcycle, Watersports, Snowsports and Auto care products. We are based in Poole, Dorset.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Videographer/Editor to join our busy design team. You must have a keen eye for detail, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, be a quick learner and have a good sense of humour. You'll have the chance to input your creative ideas and use your initiative, you'll have every opportunity to impress us with your enthusiasm and develop your skills further. This will be an ideal commercial opportunity for someone wishing to build up a strong portfolio of work and demonstrate their skills to a large audience. Videos will be hosted on several websites in addition to a YouTube channel and videography and editing skills will be showcased.

Responsibilities include shooting and editing a variety of productions for marketing videos, product demonstrations, action sports videos (team riders and racing etc) and training materials. The ability to multi-task is essential. Current facilities include Final Cut Studio, imovie HD, Adobe Creative Suite and more. All equipment is provided.

Our target audience is essentially for the younger audience of the extreme sports market as our videos are definitely hip and modern, incorporating an "MTV-style" production.

Candidates showing exceptional performance may possibly lead to a permanent part-time position!

 

  • National / International Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Muc-Off Ltd is the UK's fastest growing manufacturer of Bicycle, Motorcycle, Automotive, Marine, Winter sports and Electronics care products.

Our products can be found nationally in many bicycle and motorcycle stores as well as multiples such as Halfords. We sell direct to major retailers and through distributors. We have been established for over 15 years, and now a senior position has arisen for a National Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team. Your role will involve developing and executing a sales development strategy, establishing a portfolio of national accounts, and professionalizing the product and service offering.

This is the ideal position for a high calibre sales professional with a talent for managing client relationships. Not only does this role offer the chance to join a fantastic team, but for the right person there are significant development opportunities as the company grows.

Reporting to the Managing Director, as the National / International Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you will be tasked with driving profitable UK sales growth by:

- developing a successful strategic business sales plan for premium care products in the bicycle, motorcycle, automotive, marine, winter sports and electronics sectors
- generating and following up leads for future sales opportunities, and attending sales appointments
- personally managing and growing top UK and International accounts
- developing new sales channels for new business areas
- developing strategic relationships and alliances with key contacts within the account base

To succeed in this position you must have extensive experience of managing client relationships, particularly with major retailers and you must have a proven track record of success in sales management. You will also need to demonstrate excellent face to face account management skills, strong negotiation skills, and a flair for presenting. Some experience of working in a fast changing environment such as cosmetics, sports brands or consumable products is desirable.

Comfortable in a management and board room environment, you will also need the ability to communicate at all levels, and proficiency using the MS Office suite. Additionally, as the National/International Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you must have a flexible approach as some travel will be required. Your commercial awareness and strong sense of business acumen are also essential.
