Marketing Manager
The job will entail: Working in a young dynamic marketing team within the extreme sports sector. The right candidate will be: literate with excellent communication and organisational skills, well presented and have at least two years of experience working within a marketing environment preferably working on brand management. Are you ready for a challenge?
You will be responsible for managing our annual promotional budget, writing press releases, helping to launch new products, manage sponsored athletes and create new on-line marketing campaigns. A good telephone manner and creative copy writing skills are vital as is a bright, fast thinking approach to the role. A passion for extreme sports and/or motorsport is a must! Marketing activity is heavily weighted towards digital, including email marketing, online PR, search and social initiatives.
A good eye for design and an interest in sports marketing would also be a bonus. And if you've got your 50m swimming badge it just might work in your favour. Bring it along. Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and business opportunities through direct and partner channels
- Define creative communication plans and campaigns for both channels
- Manage email marketing campaign delivery
- Manage SEO, SEM or PPC
- Drive and nurture social marketing programmes
- Build website traffic to generate online leads
- Monitor channel performance, report on analytics and make recommendations for improvements
- Support sales team in hand over of leads
- Define product positioning and messaging that differentiates in the market
- Develop strategic marketing plan through market research, competitor analysis, pricing and engagement models
- Plan, implement and communicate any new product releases

Account Manager

Provide an excellent customer experience to set of allocated customers.
Manage customer transactional order cycle.
Manage customer relationships
Enhance initial business opportunities in the short and longer term, by proposing alternative and additional propositions to customers.

Achieve Gross Margin value and % targets
Manage pipeline of prospect business and record quotes.
Manage backlog of orders to customer expectations.
