Tuesday 17th October, 2017, Virgin, Utah, USA - Reed Boggs, one of this year’s wild card entries to Red Bull Rampage, has landed a new helmet branding sponsorship deal from UK based mountain bike care and performance specialists Muc-Off.

Muc-Off’s sponsorship of the promising young American is being cited as the “cherry on top” of their 2017 season, which has seen them sponsor a raft of stars across mountain biking including: Tahnee Seagrave, Tomas Lemoine, Danny Macaskill and the Athertons.

Elliot Withers, Athlete & Events Manager at Muc-Off, said:

“We are insanely stoked to be working with Reed [Boggs], who we believe is at the front of the next generation of great mountain bike riders. His success this year has shown raw talent, with a huge bag of tricks and outrageously stylish whips! We cannot wait to see him fly the Muc-Off flag at [Red Bull] Rampage.”

The deal between Reed Boggs and Muc-Off saw the two working together to design a custom full face, matt and gloss finish, helmet, which showcases the Utah desert that Boggs calls his “back yard”.

Boggs, 20, who topped the Whip-Off podium at Crankworx Rotorua earlier in the year, said:

“I’m so stoked to be representing Muc-Off at this year’s Rampage, grateful for the effects their products have on my bike and keeping my bike extra clean in the Utah dust. Thanks for the support Muc-Off, so stoked!”

Competing alongside Boggs at Rampage this month will be fellow Muc-Off Ambassadors Ethan Nell and Vincent Tupin.

Red Bull Rampage will be taking place in Virgin, Utah on 27th October 2017.
